Research and Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

TRI Commercial is looking for a part-time Research and Administrative Assistant to support both the research department and manger.  We are looking for a candidate has strong learning, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Research and Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

For Management

  • Assist the Regional Manager in organizational directives, such as coordination of staff members and compilation of documents
  • Monitor important deadlines and create strategy for maintaining schedule of workflow
  • Proofreading and minor writing of documents, proposals, and messages
  • Facilitate incoming and outgoing correspondence and visits on behalf of the Manager
  • Generate memos, emails and reports

For Research Department

  • Perform database searches for individual requests from clients
  • Source template reports
  • Read and analyze Research Department output for formulation of market trends and statuses

Other Details:

  • This position is part-time and is an anticipated 10-20 hours a week
  • Role is located in TRI Commercial’s Walnut Creek office
  • Depending on workload, some hours may be remote
  • Estimated pay at $30/hour, based on anticipated candidate qualifications and work plan.
